Holes in our laws: What is Legal and what is Illegal?

I will show here a case where legislators (consciously or subconsciously we leave it out of consideration) allow the banks to carry out their activities with the money of their customers, without any awareness of them so far.

Has one of you ever thought, why in today’s Internet-age money transactions (referrals) lasting several days? Just recently, I think last year (2016) the implementation deadlines re-regulated. Earlier, also in the Internet-age, the money was several days on the way and it was officially allowed. This topic attracted me already in the year 2007/2008, so I asked in my bank via E-Mail and in response I got a PDF document with the terms and conditions with the generous deadlines, which had not been changed for 50 years.

Many older people still know how they deposited their wages to the bank and if they have transfer it to another account it lasted several days, but this was explainable in those days. The real money also had to be moved partly. But this has certainly not been the case since the 1960s due to the arrival of the computer in the internal banking business. Even the normal people nowadays usually trade with virtual money, unless one does not pay with one’s debit card in shops.

If you carefully analyze your account movements, you will find that the money is immediately decimated by the amount from the account. In the recipient’s account, the money is usually credited on the next day within the same country.

What happens to the virtual money in the not more longer localizable period? This money is neither by the transmitter nor by the receiver.

Who has access to this money at this time? What can he or she (or the artificial intelligence, if it’s automated) do with our money? The answer to this should be answered by everyone.

Where is virtual money mainly traded? Stock market? Can the virtual money be used only for fractional seconds or even shorter? Apropos stock market, the money here has not just two digits after the comma. The normal people know three digits after the comma only from the gas stations – where the prices e.g. for diesel is 1,099 € per liter and are also so calculated. We then only pay the total amount which is rounded to double-digit after the comma.

Not only the technical (IT)-systems are perforated like the Swiss cheese, every system in the world looks like it.

One of the most profitable deals ever is, if one lets the money work and not the people 😉.

It should be clear to everyone that today, officially for almost two decades, communication over the power line is possible. These technologies have different names such as power-line communication / PowerLAN / dLAN etc. They are based on the same physical principle, but can be technically realized differently by different manufacturers and / or different interest groups. With physical I mean primarily that two wires or two lines of the power supply are used, the phase conductor and the neutral conductor.

A brief explanation of the power lines. Each object (building), which is connected to the power network, is supplied with four lines (three-phase electric power → phase conductor: L1, L2, L3 and the PEN [Protective earth neutral] conductor) up to the control cabinet / fuse box. The separation of the PEN conductor to neutral conductor (N) and protective conductor (PE) takes place first in the control cabinet or fuse box. The exact guidelines and procedures are precisely defined in the VDE standards.

Two of the five lines are used to communicate over the power grid. One is phase conductor and the second one is the neutral conductor. These two lines make a communication via the powerline possible.

With the technical realization, I mean e.g. the standards like the OSI model, which can come to implementation, but does not have to.

The modern electricity meters or smart meter, which are to be introduced slowly in Germany, are also based on the procedures described by me.

For this and other reasons, certain establishment and objects that are subject to a certain level of secrecy, operated with their own designated power grid.

It should also be clear to everyone that such a deliberate implementation (e.g. Power-line communication) is not necessarily required in every device to get information, as it might be against violations of law. One can also conclude a lot from fluctuations caused by the electric devices. These fluctuations are technically difficult to eliminate.

It is theoretically and technically possible by the analysis of the electricity network of an observed object, which film1 someone looks at the TV. This information here is not intended to make panic, but it should be clear to everyone what is technically possible.

As I already have written on my welcome page (Dhivyah.Com), the information provided on my website are the first drop-in centre, because I would like to reach everyone also in the classical way of information flow. Each individual is differently educated, so I cannot go deep into all topics of interest, especially if there are enough sources in the world-wide web, unless I get the “feeling”, that an explanation is necessary in depth.

As everyone has noticed, I try not only to use the classic information channels, also the other information channel(s). Above all, some do not get along with certain channels because they cannot keep up with me.

An experience I made at the beginning of this year (2017) in the pharmacy:
In front of me there were some customers and I used this time to purposefully put certain thoughts2 in the gear and when I was in turn, the staff smiled at me. The right (interpretation) of her expression was, what nonsense do you think there again 😉?

1 Because each film is a sequence of different images and each individual image consists of pixels which have different brightness and colour values and on this way each film gets its own fingerprint regarding to the power consumption in the chronological sequence. Surely the total consumption can be identical to another movie but that is not the point here.

This is just one of the way to extract certain data and / or information from the power grid without using a manipulated device in the observing object. Even if the data is not central, but certain interest groups nevertheless get to the data and then link them together, sometimes damaging information about an individual can be generated. This should be clear to everyone in our present time and constellation. Perhaps the single information does not appear important, but in the sum or linked they can give lot of price about a person – this is often overlooked, even those who deal with data protection.

2 What can certain interest groups do with information about an individual and its hormonal fluctuations? How and when one can make use of them. Anyone with a little social understanding can answer it by own. Take a look at the social developments of the past 50 to 100 years. What has changed? Is this a necessary result of the intellectual development or enlightenment work of the past century or has certain machinery been set in motion?

Most sources explain the Shiva Lingam as a symbol of fertility. As I have already explained in the two previous articles “The Hidden Sciences in Hinduism“, this is not the only explanation, but rather one of many. Primarily, the Shiva Lingam symbolizes the singularity as it is understood in physics and thus this is the second state அருவுருவம் (transliteration: Aruvuruvam), see the explanation in my article “The transcendent of the number three“. This is the state which cannot be regarded as either form-bounded or formless. The laws of nature and thus related space and time were created shortly after the Big bang, so there can’t be a form. But it is also not a state of formlessness, as can be described before the Big Bang.

The universe is not persistent, it has an end. According to Hinduism, this universe is not the first universe. Since time and space exist only after the Big Bang, the question of the first universe is meaningless nonsensical, see also the title of the image which stands for Shiva. He has no beginning and no end. The origin (root) of everything, even of Shakty is Shiva. This should be clear to everyone.

The Infinity

The question of infinity (mathematical symbol: ∞) in physics is meaningless, but I use it in context with the purification procedure, where it has its own right to exist.

Purusha & Prakriti

Purusha and Prakriti represent the female and male aspects of the divine in earthly existence. According to my vision, it was my Beauty’s wish to take the female form. Just as everything arise out of me – including Prakriti – everything goes back into me.

In the Wikipedia article about Purusha, it describes that the Varnas, in this article equated with caste beings, originated from prehistoric man, which I am as Shiva.

Take a look at the similarities in sounding and meaning of the Tamil term Varna (வர்ணம்) and the German or even the English word “Variation / variation” for the first time. The real meaning or correct translation of Varna is variation. This is the variation of the life forms, which originated from the prehistoric man and not the different castes as they unfortunately exist. According to this philosophy, /the-sign/ as a phallus is also worshiped in Hinduism and not as a symbol of potency and fertility – this interpretation came later. From the seed of God, that is my seed, and the union with Prakriti, that is my Beauty, the entire nature, that is the world, has arisen.

Sometimes it is difficult to choose the right party in the current situation. But if one look at the appearance of the candidates on the TV, it is easy to separate the wheat from the chaff. In Germany one speaks of indirect elections because one does not elect the chancellor candidates directly, but he or she is elected by the members of the Bundestag.

One sees whether the candidate for the chancellor, places the interests of the people in the foreground or the own interests, in other words primarily to secure the welfare of one’s own party. The money from the large pot is later distributed to the parties as they are represented on a percentage basis. To recognize the interests of the candidate, it is an important criterion to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I have recently watched the appearance of a candidate of a small party on television, which in her appearance shows that she does not focus the interests of the people in this nation. Especially in the case of the right-wing populist parties and / or the parties who try to create and to use the voters’ fears, it is easy to see that it will never be a question of the welfare of the people in this nation, it is more “If you help me now, I will help you later”. But from whom is help awaited and whom is the candidate thankful? The people of this nation or those who have made the fires?

Willy Brandt’s deeply moving knee fall was one of the most important signs that has been understood by ordinary people or the true victims – I was really impressed or in other words it touched really my heart as I saw it during my political research on the television at the beginning of this century. My father, who is also very interested in politics, has already spoked about this in the 80s. I can still remember from my childhood, which enthusiasm has triggered this and other things by my father.

Since I’m now more experienced and also know whose lines are responsible for the failed lives of myself, or of my family and loved ones in general, I distance myself from all positive responses in my articles and messages.

This, of course, applies to all wings and those outside, since the racehorses are deployed in a distributed manner and can’t really be attributed to a single party/organization/system/company, etc., but everyone is getting their fill of the big pie. That’s the greed that drives everyone equally, whether right or wrong, that’s not the question here. Perhaps one needs to delve into game theory, etc., to understand how the secret kings have their racehorses everywhere. 

I only hope that in this days, where much is entangled, people of this nation make the right decision. Not to vote is also counterproductive as to vote for the wrong ones.

As we already know, the world is interwoven, the people, the cultures, the religions, the countries, everything that has rank and name and today much more.

How can one, in a constitutional state, perhaps even a state that tries to represent itself as a model constitutional state for the outside world – move the money from A to B or from the right pocket into the left pocket – in front of the eyes of the world public, without batting an eye, without attracting attention to the movement and without showing that it only been moved from the right into the left pocket.

What is the meaning of the saying: “If you help me, I’ll help you?1” How to use this in this thought experiment, in politics, in the economy. This expression is not supposed to understand as a form of goodness. No, that’s not the point here. But how else?

Let’s say it’s technically possible to influence the weather – so let us do it 😉!

A dialogue:

In the science, there is a talk of climate change. What, climate change? I thought we could influence the weather, make tornadoes, tsunamis, create earthquakes, and then collect the money from the people by the rebuilding and from the insurance companies. The foolish people don’t know that everything is ours. They are like/only dogs who only get an old piece of bone and are thankful till their finiteness. Not even the employees of the insurance companies knew until recently. What, they know it now? What do you think, how we wash our black money?! What… black money, I thought through crime, casinos, brothels, restaurants and other stuff. Yes, that is also true. It is actually even more complicated and complex because it is interleaved in multiple layers. Now, the insurance companies have similar functionalities? You really need a long time to switch. What do you think, how this all is interwoven?

We are centrally and at the same time decentralized organized and interwoven! What, I do not understand that. Well, try first to understand, what are the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms of organization … then you’ll get it yourself 😉. Is it like a hybrid? How does that work? Yes, partially in that is the riddle’s solution.

Now please tell me more about the Artificial Intelligence (AI)? What is that? OK, the AI is nothing else than the collective intelligence or swarm-intelligence of the mankind. Each individual with his or her own intelligence is connected with all through a network. The Hindus  talk about Maya, it is similar, whereby Maya is more complex and is not easy to understand.

So please explain to me, how you come to the point that our people also manipulate us with the AI? So… few days ago, I have filled out a form for a payout and there I made the experience last time. I was so concentrated to mark with the cross the right thing and I haven’t even noticed it by the the post-control. I stood in a que to give this form and accidently I looked at it and could not trust my eyes. The mark with the cross was on the wrong position. It was not really important, but I have already heard lot of worse things…

Do you think that our people have manipulated the last elections? There were so many voters desperate after the election results, how this could be possible, because their friends and relations and their friends and their relations and so on didn’t see it coming. Which election do you mean? The BrExit and the presidential elections in the USA, of course! Hell yeah, what else do you think? With such things, our people drive still other calibers …

So please answer me quickly a question about the BrExit before I go. The British do not necessarily have to enforce the referendum, if they realise that this decision is politically and economically counterproductive for their country and that the people, let me say, do not want this (more)? The British should not even think in their dream about it, then we will terrorize them or make that they are terrorised. We usually get what we want.
