Recognizing correlations – Part 1, price fixing

Global players have long known that competition is harmful, especially since it was formalized in a mathematical way, e.g. by John Nash. Apropos Nash, I would recommend the film “A Beautiful Mind” to anyone who wants to take a quick look at Mr. Nash’s CV. 

Something else about madness, did you know that Shiva has been called “The madman ← Pithan (பித்தன்)”, not just for a few years or 2010 😉, but long before any concept of time, but at least the official sources point to Sundarar, a Tamil poet from the eighth century.

This poet 😉 [Kamala Hasan Aiya] and poetry, reborn in the Tamil film Guna, describes something that is trying to disappear in today’s world, namely true love: 

“மனிதன் உணர்ந்து கொள்ள, இது மனித காதல் அல்ல, அதையும் தாண்டி புனிதம் ஆனது …“

[“Maṉitaṉ uṇarntu koḷḷa, itu maṉita kātal alla, ataiyum tāṇṭi puṉitam āṉatu …” → “This love is not a human love, but beyond that, it is holy…“]
